Commitment Against Revenue Sharing #
The intent of NFT Gater is to free creators from unfair and suppressive monetization models and distribution algorithms baked into most avenues that creators have for selling their work. No matter where you turn, platforms want to dictate who sees your content and how much you get paid. Not with NFT Gater. NFT Gater charges you to access the app, and that’s it. We do not take fees or revenue from your NFT sales or gate activity, your hard-earned revenue is completely yours.
Free Usage #
The app will always be free to use in some capacity. The whole point of this app is to empower people new to the blockchain space. However, higher tiers of service and certain features are reserved for holders of a login token like the Legendary Lobster token.
The Account NFT #
At the time of this writing NFT Gater has a free account option that allows you to create up to two gates at once, and registration simply requires having a browser wallet. However, we have an account login token that considerably upgrades your service level, called the Legendary GATR Pass. This NFT is pegged at $20 USD to protect you from fluctuations in the price of ADA. The Legendary token grants you access to all features, unlimited gates, and grandfather status into all future features.

Usage Terms #
A detailed terms-of-use agreement will be forthcoming in the near future.
NFT Gater accounts are subject to usage terms. An account may be frozen or archived by the NFT Gater moderator team if it is found to be in violation of our terms of use. Generally speaking, types of violations include:
- Providing consumers with false utility or otherwise facilitating scams
- Being in poor standing with the community
- Intentionally infiltrating or breaking the app, or causing denial-of-service
Furthermore, if your project site is found to be engaging in unethical business practices or providing an unusually poor consumer experience (broken site), your project domain might be blacklisted so that your website would not work with NFT Gater even if you were to make a new account.
Subscription Service #
In the future, NFT Gater will offer higher tiers of service for your account, based on a monthly subscription model. Should you choose to go from a free account to a paid tier, your account’s hot-wallet balance will be periodically charged for the amount of the service tier you selected.
